We are very disappointed. Ordered online today for 1 p.m. and also received an email that the order was accepted. At 1:40 p.m. we called and asked where our food was. The answer was that delivery would take another 45 minutes because it was busy and if we could get the food ourselves. Since driving back and forth takes the same amount of time for us, we stuck with delivering. After 50 minutes there was no food again and I called again. You are currently making it. We skipped the food and ordered somewhere else. This food arrived in half an hour. This is called customer-friendly. Will not be ordering from City Grill again!
